Building a playlist filled with your favorite uplifting, inspiring, or calming songs can be an instant way to reset your mindset, especially during uncertain times. Select tracks that evoke happiness, motivation, or peace—whether upbeat tunes that make you dance or soothing melodies perfect for meditation. Having a go-to playlist on hand can transform your day, lifting your spirits or providing a moment of calm when needed. One of my current favorites on repeat is “Rastaman Chant” by The Wailers.
Gratitude Journaling: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day. This simple act can shift your focus to the positive aspects of life, even when times are tough.
