YOGA Enjoy a 90-minute private one on one yoga session with me, your yoga teacher to guide you on custom restorative movements tailored to your health ailments after you complete a wellness questionnaire. The gentle movements will increase energy by promoting rest and recovery. We begin with herbal tea and Yoga Off The Matt; a time when we apply the eight limbs of yoga to our current world and lives. The flow of this class is slow and always combined with meditation and pranayama; deep breathing exercises - great for immunity building! We thrive when we take steps toward our own well-being. Taking time out for you, increases your performance because you are nurturing and prioritizing your health! All bodies and levels are welcome. No experience necessary.

FIRE CIDER Reset your mind, body and spirit with food medicine, using natural healing tools. Everybody has a different version of Fire Cider, mine has an alchemy element to it, a magical process that I want to share with you! During our private session together, I will teach the importance of programming your food to work for you, what kitchen Alkhemy is and discuss with you how to heal your body naturally and holistically - mind, body, spirit. Take in Ancient natural healing tools like Fire Cider, herbs, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance respiratory health and rejuvenate, recharge and reconnect. I recommend this class to anyone that wants to enjoy the natural way to take care of your mind, body and spirit with the guidance of a health educator and yoga instructor. I specialize in herbs, stress-reduction, weight management, chronic illness and food medicine.

INNER CHILD The inner child is connected to the foundation for healing. Tap into your inner child with coloring meditation and laughter meditation. Learn creative strategies geared to strengthen and honor your inner child. I teach the spiritual meaning of colors and how colors can be applied consciously to our lives today. Being playful, fun and creative are keys to success and productivity. Laughter is a powerful tool for managing conflict and reducing tension when emotions are running high. Whether with romantic partners, friends and family, or co-workers, you can learn to use humor to smooth over disagreements, lower everyone’s stress level, and communicate in a way that builds up your relationships rather than breaking them down. For laughter meditation we begin with breathing exercises to help stimulate and expand the lungs. Followed by a series of laughing exercises that include visualizations, sounds, and lite body movements. This is all to release your muscles and tension, get you relaxed and feeling child-like and playful.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE SESSION No matter the age we can all benefit from holistic healing. I make our virtual experience together very easy to log on to because I understand technology and meeting in person for some can be challenging.

In a private virtual session together we do:

I was greeted by the sweet aroma of incense and freshly brewed tea when I arrived for my Fire Cider class. Dee immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable as we settled into her backyard patio. She had everything lined up and beautiful displayed as she explained how each herb and fruit was healing to my body.

As I packed my mason jar with the various ingredients, I could not help but feel positive and empowered. The music of Bob Marley played in the background bringing good vibes  and energy. This experience was perfect for me and my journey. I recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy the natural way to take care of your body with the guidance of a health educator. 

I left this class feeling as if I just visited a tropical oasis and created a special gift that I made for the elevation of myself.
